Partial Sod Installation
The first part of the tear-out process is to cut out all of the old and dead sod. The debris is then removed and the ground is graded and prepped for the new sod to be installed.
After the prep work is completed, the new sod is installed.
Once all of the new sod is installed the entire job is rolled flat to ensure that all of the pieces are level and the finished product is even. Not rolling the job could result in the yard being uneven and bumpy in appearance.
